Professional experience
She is a lawyer and founding partner of the law firm “Malagrida & Leopoldo” based in Italy (Naples, Rome and Milan).
She focuses her activity on international insolvency and reconstruction.
She is in charge of legal offices at Rome, Milan and Naples and has acted in a number of leading cases at every level.
Her main fields of activity arecivil and commercial litigation, banking law, insolvency proceedings, restructuring and extraordinary administration proceedings.
Member of the Scientific Committee of the Italian bankruptcy review “La Rivista di diritto fallimentare e delle ocietà commerciali” published by Cedam-Wolters Kluwer.
Member of the Bankruptcy Law nCommission ofthe Chamber of Lawyers of Naples.
