He is a lawyer and founding partner of the law firm “Malagrida & Leopoldo” based in Italy (Naples, Rome and Milan).
He focuses his activity on civil, commercial litigation and insolvency.
He is in charge of legal offices at Rome, Milan and Naples and has acted in a number of leading cases at every level.
His main fields of activity are civil and commercial litigation, banking law, insolvency proceedings, restructuring and extraordinary administration proceedings.
Member of the Bankruptcy Law Commission of the Chartered Accountants Association of Naples.
He held seminars and lectures in Commercial Law, Bankruptcy Law, Banking Law in training courses organized by the Chamber of Lawyers and by the Chartered Accountants Association.
